Your access code will be generated immediately after booking. You can find it in your profile or in the booking confirmation you have received via email.

Get in.
Your car will be ready for pickup 24 hours on the day of collection. You can get the key whenever you want, without any waiting time. Or you can arrange a handover location with us (convenient, but unfortunately not free).

Maintenance? All taken care of.
Service, motorway vignette for Switzerland, road tax, and insurance are included in the price. Fuel or electricity are the only ongoing costs.

No mileage limit.
Vehicles can be used without restrictions. If longer usage is needed, the rental can be easily extended directly in the system, depending on availability.
3.
Feel free to cross the border.
Vehicles are insured and ready for use in almost all of Europe. Details can be found in the FAQ.
4.
24/7 security.
In case of a breakdown or damage, a 24/7 insurance service is available. Necessary repairs or services can be reported directly in the profile.
Return.
1.
Vehicle return.
The vehicle is returned in Netstal by dropping the key into the return box, available 24/7. Alternatively, a pick-up can be arranged on-site, also without wait time.
2.
Please return the vehicle as you received it.
If you're in a hurry, we also offer an end cleaning and refueling service.
3.
After the vehicle return, the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit will be credited to the same payment method used during booking within one week.
